DeLynne Ano

DeLynne Ano has over 25 years of executive experience with Fortune 100 companies. Her mentoring of companies has resulted in billions of dollars of business revenue.

Ms. Ano has developed and assisted in the growth of companies for dozens of industries from Food & Beverage and Packaging to Entertainment and Media. Most recently, her business process development resulted in millions of dollars of revenue growth for an oilfield services company. She is currently leading operational activities for an environmental remediation facility.

Ms. Ano has designed and implemented Supplier Diversity and Sustainability Programs for Nestle USA and The Walt Disney Company. She has chaired numerous business advocacy organizations, including the Southern California Minority Business Development Council, the Arkansas Minority Development Council, the Women’s Business Council-West and the Los Angeles Minority Business Opportunity Center. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

Casey M. Boswell

Controller / Corporate Treasurer

Casey M. Boswell, CPT, joined Scape in 2017 bringing over 25 years of accounting, finance and human resources management to the team leading the accounting and HR activities, Casey is responsible for the delivery of finance and human resources services such as accounting, treasury, reporting, budgeting, insurance management, benefits, payroll and compliance in accordance with legislative requirements and organizational policies and strategies.

Casey provides Scape, our employees, and customers professional services across a broad range of finance areas including compliance, business process, business advisory and consultancy. Prior to joining Scape, Casey held senior finance positions working within architectural / engineering, legal, and pharmaceutical industries.

Casey lives in beautiful Rancho Mirage, CA with his husband Benjamin. When not shuffling numbers and taking care of our employees, Casey enjoys hiking, fishing, gardening and traveling.

Craig Haney

Is an environmental operations leader with over a dozen years of experience providing
expertise in environmental remediation. He has specific expertise in oilfield service and petroleum environmental activities.

Over the past 12 years Mr. Haney has lead more than 50 professional operators providing training, guidance, and mentorship for personnel at various stages in their careers. From a one on one supervisory role, to project management of multiple facilities with dozens of operators.

Mr. Haney prides himself on his ability to stabilize and normalize operations to ensure maximum
efficiency and revenue growth, specializing in creating processes that underpin sustainable, long-term operations.
